Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in Singapore only. We are unable to ship overseas.
Delivery cost and time
Delivery is free on every order. Orders are usually delivered within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day. We will email you when your order is on its way.
Clinic collection
You can choose to collect your order at Aquila Medical Center, 160 Robinson Road #05-01, SBF Center, Singapore 068914. Orders collected at the clinic receive a S$21 discount, applied automatically at checkout when you choose collection. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number when you collect.
Problems with delivery
Please check that your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days, or arrives damaged, email us at contact@elanskincare.com. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
